ABOUT: The Core is a sci-fi thriller starring Hilary Swank and Aaron Eckhart and a supporting cast that includes Stanley Tucci and DJ Qualls. The tension starts to build when scientists discover that the Earth's core is going to stop spinning.  A group of astronauts are sent to the core to detonate a bomb in order to preserve life on Earth.
